Technical SupportOur service does not end with the delivery and installation of your book2net scanner. Whenever you need help, our specially trained staff is at your side.
Our service technicians are available for you on workdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. by telephone hotline or by email. You can also use our ticket system to forward your request directly to us. Remote assistance is available within 1 to 4 hours.
